About This Role

Perform repair and maintenance tasks for all electrical and electronic FedEx facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with national, state, and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance task for all electrical and electronic FedEx facilities and equipment
• Maintain all electrical equipment to national, state or local codes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5 years journeyman experience (24 months as FedEx electrical technician or similar maintenance)
• Good working knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment and procedures
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavy facilities related components
• Ability to access equipment by crawling, laying, standing and/or climbing at all heights
• Good interpersonal and oral communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Five (5) years journeyman experience, of which 24 months being as a FedEx technician (electrical), or 24 months of maintenance experience on similar equipment/systems in a commercial/ industrial electrical maintenance.
