About This Role

As a Sr Tech Lead, you will drive the unification of service center technology, focusing on IVR, routing, and desktop tools. This role involves increasing the integration of NICE capabilities and modernizing Microsoft-based desktop environments to enhance agent workflows and the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable microservices
  • Lead technical discussions and code reviews
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Unify all service center technology including IVR, routing, and home-desktop tools
  • Increase the integration of NICE capabilities within desktop tools
  • Modernize Microsoft-based desktop environments
  • Ensure stronger alignment between desktop tools and contact center platforms

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of expertise in contact center platforms (NICE, Nexidia, CXOne) with corresponding leadership experience
  • Strong hands-on engineering background in Angular, .NET, microservices, event-driven design, and API-first development
  • Proven ability to design modern cloud-native, data-driven architectures
  • Ability to coordinate across product, engineering, and business partners

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in contact center platforms with leadership over IVR, quality, analytics, and multiple scrum teams.
