Senior Systems Administrator

About This Role

The Senior Systems Administrator for Deloitte's Greenhouse provides white-glove technology customer service and advanced technical support, ensuring seamless client experiences with innovative technologies. This role involves coordinating AV and technology solutions, monitoring system performance, and managing inventory for Greenhouse labs.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove technology customer service and advanced technical support for all Greenhouse labs, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Coordinate with lab teams to plan, set up, test, and support audio-visual (AV) and technology solutions for Greenhouse labs.
• Monitor the status and performance of all rooms and AV systems, proactively addressing equipment issues and ensuring optimal functionality.
• Coordinate inventory management, quality control, packing, shipping, and maintenance of all AV equipment and mobile technologies, supervising team members as needed.
• Schedule, communicate with, and oversee AV vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Assist in the creation, updating, and delivery of technology guides, training materials, and team trainings for local and national Greenhouse teams.
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor by assisting lab designers and delivery teams in implementing and showcasing advanced technologies.
• Provide remote and on-site support for national Greenhouse locations, including mobile lab technology deployments.
• Contribute and work with leadership on the implementation and commissioning of AV system architectures, and ensuring solutions meet technical and industry standards.
• Lead and support key Greenhouse Technology Team initiatives (e.g., TPRM, SSDLC, KPI reporting, resourcing).
• Contribute in technology exploration, research, and prototyping of emerging AV solutions.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring junior teammates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration
• Minimum of 5 years of various technology experience (networking, Windows, Apple IOS, Crestron systems, Smart Displays, and/or other in-room technologies)
• Advanced troubleshooting of AV and/or IT systems and technologies (touch displays, iOS devices, Mac, and Windows PCs)
• Ability to work overtime, including nights and weekends as needed
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration
• Minimum of 5 years of various technology experience with networking, Windows, Apple IOS, Crestron systems, Smart Displays, and/or other in-room technologies combined with advanced troubleshooting of AV and/or IT systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the development of operational procedures and aptitude to develop performance measures to quantify service performance.
• Demonstrates a client-service attitude and aptitude.
• Ability to follow standards, processes, and procedures within the scope of T&I Visual Technologies teams.
• In-depth expertise in A/V control systems and integrated audio systems and hardware, with a strong background in system design, configuration, and integration.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology related field.
