About This Role

This role will support the Deloitte US Firms Wealth Accumulation (Retirement) programs, focusing on 401(k) savings, profit-sharing, and cash balance plans. The specialist will contribute to program project management, communications strategy, quality control, content, meeting coordination, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager through Firm special projects including technology and workforce transformations, automation of vendor platforms, and process documentation.
  • Maintain program content by partnering with internal and external technology teams for timely updates.
  • Oversee required internal process reviews for all program content by collaborating with team leadership and stakeholders, including the Office of General Counsel.
  • Liaison with program vendors to maintain published content such as brochures, educational materials, and communications.
  • Assist with the Firm's Retirement Committee by formatting meeting content, preparing materials, and managing logistics.
  • Facilitate meeting coordination between leadership stakeholders, including attendance tracking, calendar coordination, and note-taking.
  • Partner and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed.
  • Maintain project management documentation including SOPs, status reports, meeting notes, and incident triage.
  • Update benefits-related applications on internal and vendor webpages to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop presentations and meeting content as directed.
  • Support the team by identifying automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and participant engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of related US retirement plan experience
  • Experience with US defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans
  • Experience managing multiple, concurrent complex projects
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable leading and supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of related US retirement plan experience
