This role will support the Deloitte US Firms Wealth Accumulation (Retirement) programs, focusing on 401(k) savings, profit-sharing, and cash balance plans. The specialist will contribute to program project management, communications strategy, quality control, content, meeting coordination, and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support the Manager through Firm special projects including technology and workforce transformations, automation of vendor platforms, and process documentation.
- Maintain program content by partnering with internal and external technology teams for timely updates.
- Oversee required internal process reviews for all program content by collaborating with team leadership and stakeholders, including the Office of General Counsel.
- Liaison with program vendors to maintain published content such as brochures, educational materials, and communications.
- Assist with the Firm's Retirement Committee by formatting meeting content, preparing materials, and managing logistics.
- Facilitate meeting coordination between leadership stakeholders, including attendance tracking, calendar coordination, and note-taking.
- Partner and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed.
- Maintain project management documentation including SOPs, status reports, meeting notes, and incident triage.
- Update benefits-related applications on internal and vendor webpages to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop presentations and meeting content as directed.
- Support the team by identifying automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and participant engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related US retirement plan experience
- Experience with US defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans
- Experience managing multiple, concurrent complex projects
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable leading and supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
