About This Role

The Senior Specialist, Audit & Assurance Growth drives business development and sales strategy for Deloitte's Audit & Assurance Growth Team, leveraging data to uncover actionable insights. This role focuses on developing targeted strategies and initiatives to grow the business and achieve market objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with A&A Growth Team members to support initiatives aimed at increasing market presence and overall brand awareness
  • Interfaces with internal resources to identify, request, and analyze research to inform professionals of market opportunities
  • Supports target teams with company and competitor research, relationship mapping, and developing and tracking relationship-building activities
  • Promotes a growth culture mentality within the A&A practice via meeting with and presenting to partners and staff on tools and platforms
  • Assists with reporting, target list management/updates, web-based tool management, and tracking market and industry developments
  • Liaises with local A&A leaders and proposal support to respond to new opportunities
  • Coordinates/contributes to A&A Growth Team national projects
  • Supports practice metrics, including CRM system utilization and reporting
  • Organizes and prioritizes tasks effectively to ensure project milestones are met
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Utilizes Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to develop project documentation, presentations, and data analyses
  • Engages confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, building relationships and facilitating effective communication across teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to commute daily to assigned office if required
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in business development or marketing
