About This Role

This Senior Software Engineer role focuses on developing production systems at scale within the telecom domain, requiring expertise in Java, C++, Python, and DevOps tools.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven track record delivering production systems at scale
  • Expertise in C, Perl, SQL, Python, Java (Spring, Maven, microservices)
  • Strong object-oriented design and functional programming principles
  • RESTful API design and implementation
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, orchestration)
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or equivalent
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles
  • Experience with MSSQL, Oracle (SQL tuning, stored procedures, schema design)
  • Experience with Splunk, Grafana (logging, metrics, ing)
  • Experience with distributed tracing and performance monitoring
  • Agile/Scrum development practices
  • Test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing
  • Microservices architecture patterns
  • Experience in Telecom Domain

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including delivering production systems at scale and experience in the Telecom Domain.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with high-throughput, event-driven architectures
