Join the Core Experiences Team to build and maintain foundational services and SDKs that power Speechify's product experience across platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, reliable API design, and simple system implementation to enhance user experience directly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Teams to scope projects, reduce scope for faster feedback, and navigate integration/UX tradeoffs to deliver solutions via cross-platform SDK
- Optimize existing functionality to improve loading speed and parsing intelligence by designing efficient abstractions and enhancing algorithms
- Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with GCP
