About This Role

The Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT provides accurate information and assistance to customers, including responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and selling company services. This role also performs administrative support functions essential for efficient station operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems
• Sell company services
• Perform administrative support functions for station operations

Requirements

• Ability to operate computer terminal
• Ability to lift 50 Lbs
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance
• Good human relations and communications skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
