Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or in interactive roles (e.g., military, sports, healthcare, teaching, first responders)
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching
• Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team
• Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets
• Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship
• Ability to pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
