Senior Sales Executive

About This Role

This Senior Sales Executive role drives revenue and market growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new enterprise-level clients within the LATAM region, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will promote Shufti Pro's identity verification solutions and expand their market share.

Responsibilities

• Act as a "hunter" to identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise-level clients within the target markets of LATAM.
• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation, closing, and handover to the account management team.
• Leverage deep knowledge of IDV, KYC, AML, and compliance challenges to build credibility and articulate Shufti Pro's unique value proposition effectively.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, focusing on key verticals such as Banking, Fintech, Cryptocurrency, E-commerce, and the Gig Economy.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, compliance officers, and technology leaders.
• Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor solutions and run targeted campaigns.
• Serve as the "eyes and ears" in the region, providing feedback on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Proven track record of selling Digital Identity Verification (IDV), KYC, or AML compliance solutions
• 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding significant revenue targets
• Deep understanding of the business, cultural, and regulatory nuances within the LATAM region
