This role is for a Senior Rental Agent to manage the day-to-day operations at the Chicago depot, ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining the campervan fleet, and overseeing logistics to guarantee smooth operations. This position requires a passion for guest service and travel enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs
- Monitor maintenance and repair needs to ensure campervans are maintained in top condition
- Assist in training, supervising, and coaching team members
- Control booking activities, manage stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services
- Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issues to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and clean campervans for rental
- Assist in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive a campervan
- Availability to work weekends and national holidays
- Responsible and reliable work ethic
- Well-organized and good at solving problems
Qualifications
- Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car being desirable
