RV Sales Associate

About This Role

This role involves managing the full sales cycle for used recreational vehicles (RVs) onsite in Los Angeles, including lead qualification, customer demos, vehicle preparation, and B2B relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local sales strategies to meet sales targets for the district
• Manage inbound leads and drive them through the commercial funnel to generate sales
• Prospect B2B partners and build commercial relationships
• Prepare vehicles for defleet, including coordination of MOT, repairs, cleaning, vehicle condition audits, and photos
• Prepare vehicles for sale, including customer demo/visit and vehicle handover
• Conduct customer demos and handle vehicle handovers to customers post-purchase
• Build and maintain local partnerships for vehicle photos and third-party condition reports
• Organize and hold local sales events (e.g., open days at the depot)
• Coordinate with teams at the Regional HQ to ensure proper alignment of priorities and quality execution
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics

Requirements

• Technical degree in sales and/or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
• Availability to work 100% on premises
• Availability to work the standard Weekly schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, Start date at 8:00 or 9:00 local time

Qualifications

• Technical degree in sales and/or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in RV or auto sales at a dealership

Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of RV products and sales capabilities
• Proficiency in handling administrative requirements related to the sale of leased vehicles/RVs (document handling, lease termination, etc.)
• Knowledge of consumer financing
