Responsibilities
- Recruit across technical, professional, and administrative staff positions
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, emphasizing LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with educational institutions, professional networks (career fairs, jobs fairs, community events) and recruitment firms
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define precise candidate requirements
- Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to identify the most qualified talent
- Extend job offers and coordinate candidate onboarding and relocation processes
- Manage and optimize the company's personnel advertising and recruitment marketing efforts
- Stay current with employment laws, staffing trends, and recruitment best practices
