The Senior, Product Strategy Learning Consultant defines and evolves the Tax Transformation enablement strategy for priority tax technology products and process changes. This role is crucial for ensuring enablement plans align with transformation outcomes and managing the full lifecycle of enablement content.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the Tax Transformation enablement strategy for priority tax technology products and process changes, translating complex information into role-based, task-based enablement assets across various modalities.
- Ensure enablement plans align to transformation outcomes such as adoption, utilization, and compliance, adjusting approaches based on measured performance.
- Plan and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for enablement content, aligning with product releases and deployment milestones.
- Coordinate the learning workstream by consolidating weekly status, monitoring milestones, surfacing issues, and maintaining project plans.
- Perform continuous improvement activities, including quality checks and assessing learning effectiveness.
Requirements
- Ability to perform responsibilities in a hybrid work environment 2-3 days per week.
- 3+ years experience translating process/technology changes into role-based enablement plans.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint for project tracking.
- Experience coordinating multi-workstream programs and maintaining plans in Smartsheet or similar for at least 12 months.
- Ability to travel 20% on average.
- One of the following active accreditations: CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PgMP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma (Green, Black, or Master Black Belt).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Instructional Design/Instructional Technology, or other relevant discipline.
- 3+ years translating process/technology changes into role-based enablement plans and assets aligned to defined adoption/utilization outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in tax or finance functions within a professional services firm for at least 1 year.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives involving technology adoption or process improvement for at least 1 full release cycle.
- Experience with stakeholder measurement and adoption analytics using defined KPIs.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like Smartsheet or Microsoft Project for at least 1 year.
- Experience creating or maintaining digital learning in Articulate Rise and/or Storyline for at least 6 months.
