Senior Product Manager

About This Role

Manage key partner and platform integration products within the business unit product portfolio, ensuring products are well-positioned within the market. This role involves product planning, managing dependencies, and leading cross-functional teams for release and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases to justify investment for new products
• Serve as the trusted thought leader for your product area, representing the voice of the market and customer
• Build and maintain product roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams for unified product plans
• Define go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and pricing with Marketing and Sales
• Develop and drive complex product priorities in a fast-paced environment with inter-team dependencies
• Develop and implement company-wide commercialization and launch plans for products
• Translate product strategy into requirements and prototypes, working with architects, developers, and customers
• Analyze and manage product metrics/KPI's to assess market success

Requirements

• 8+ years of Software Product Management experience managing platform or integration products
• 5+ years of healthcare information technology experience with a focus on partner integration products
• Experience with Pragmatic Marketing or Certified in Pragmatic Marketing
• Proven track record of strategically performing and operationally executing
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams from product concept to reference customers
• Proven track record of creating and launching new products
• 3+ years' experience in Agile development methodologies
• SaaS or cloud software experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and ability to multi-task with close attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree
• Minimum of 8 years of Software Product Management experience managing platform or integration products, and 5 years in healthcare information technology with a focus on partner integration products. 3+ years' experience in Agile development methodologies.
