Manage key partner and platform integration products within the business unit product portfolio, ensuring products are well-positioned within the market. This role involves product planning, managing dependencies, and leading cross-functional teams for release and go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop business cases to justify investment for new products
- Serve as the trusted thought leader for your product area, representing the voice of the market and customer
- Build and maintain product roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams for unified product plans
- Define go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and pricing with Marketing and Sales
- Develop and drive complex product priorities in a fast-paced environment with inter-team dependencies
- Develop and implement company-wide commercialization and launch plans for products
- Translate product strategy into requirements and prototypes, working with architects, developers, and customers
- Analyze and manage product metrics/KPI's to assess market success
Requirements
- 8+ years of Software Product Management experience managing platform or integration products
- 5+ years of healthcare information technology experience with a focus on partner integration products
- Experience with Pragmatic Marketing or Certified in Pragmatic Marketing
- Proven track record of strategically performing and operationally executing
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams from product concept to reference customers
- Proven track record of creating and launching new products
- 3+ years' experience in Agile development methodologies
- SaaS or cloud software experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and ability to multi-task with close attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- Minimum of 8 years of Software Product Management experience managing platform or integration products, and 5 years in healthcare information technology with a focus on partner integration products. 3+ years' experience in Agile development methodologies.
