This role is for an experienced senior-level Product Designer who will shape the end-to-end patient and provider experience for an AI-powered clinical platform. It involves streamlining clinical workflows, refining consumer touchpoints, and defining visual and interaction standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of clinical and patient needs
- Lead the design of an AI-powered clinical platform
- Own the cross-platform experience where clinicians and patients interact
- Use cutting-edge tools to rapidly prototype and iterate on innovative 0 to 1 experiences
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive design decisions using data
Requirements
- 5 or more years of consumer-focused product design experience
- Strong skills in rapid prototyping and iterating new product experiences from scratch (0 to 1)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to inform and validate design decisions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously on broad initiatives
