Senior Nurse Anesthetist – CRNA

About This Role

Deliver high-quality anesthesia and analgesia care to patients within an Anesthesia Care Team model. Provide operational and administrative leadership support to the Chief CRNA and Perioperative Services Leadership, driving excellence across the department.

Responsibilities

• Deliver incredible care to patients as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Assist the Chief CRNA with daily operational and administrative duties
• Provide operational leadership coverage when the Chief CRNA is unavailable
• Provide quality anesthesia and analgesia care to patients in the Anesthesia Care Team model of practice
• Foster a culture of respect, belonging, and inclusion

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years CRNA experience with demonstrated peer leadership and additional administrative management experience
• Master's Degree
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
• Current New York State RN License (or willingness to obtain)
• BCLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of three (3) years CRNA experience with demonstrated peer leadership and additional administrative management experience
