Imaging Technologist - MR Technologist

About This Role

This role involves operating MR equipment and utilizing knowledge of Radiology Information Systems to provide advanced diagnostic care for patients at a prominent medical institution. The Imaging Technologist will work under the direction of a radiologist and supervision of a department supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Operate MR equipment for diagnostic imaging
• Apply knowledge of Radiology Information Systems, PACSs, and digital data transfer processes
• Provide MR and Xray services

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of approved school of Radiology
• New York State License in Radiologic Technology and license to inject contrast
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Minimum 1 year of experience
