About This Role

Lead and analyze sales programs for the Customer Success Group's Renewals Organization to drive revenue growth. This role involves structuring programs from creation to execution, partner management, performance reviews, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Success Plan Sales Leaders to drive Success Plan Programs pipeline and ACV
  • Partner with OU Sales Programs Managers to scale Success Plan Programs direct to OUs
  • Identify and recommend areas of strategic focus for the global sales teams
  • Propose, create, prioritize, execute, and report on the success of sales programs
  • Lead multiple complex and strategic projects to support revenue growth
  • Partner with the business to align on goals, challenges, and data needed to support the strategy and proactively make recommendations
  • Provide management with scope, timeline, requirements, benefits, and return on investment for each project
  • Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies
  • Represent the Success Plans team on broader cross-functional projects

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven success in sales strategy or business operations related to business metrics, operations, and revenue growth
  • Ability to structure and transition complex problems to solutions
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • Experience building and delivering presentations to senior executives
  • Confident communicator with attention to detail, oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to see the big picture, innovate, and adapt to change
  • Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or related fields

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Salesforce products or experience with comparable enterprise business technology tools
