Sales Strategy Senior Analyst/Analyst

About This Role

This role will define key performance metrics, build reports and dashboards to derive business insights, and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership. It involves performing ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and creating executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Define key performance metrics and targets
• Build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the business health
• Identify areas of weakness and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership
• Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (e.g., customer segmentation, sales participation)
• Create executive-level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews
• Organize quarterly business reviews
• Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues and propose changes to systems and processes
• Determine new or altered product or project needs, analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing software or system requirements
• Develop and facilitate practices that enable employees to create, use or share information efficiently and effectively
• Use various modeling techniques (e.g., process modeling, data modeling, use case diagrams) to visually represent business requirements and system functionalities

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of professional experience in a highly analytical role or strategy department
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Tableau

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
• 2-3+ years of professional experience in a highly analytical role or strategy department
