Senior Analyst, Carving Operations

About This Role

This role is a key pillar within the Carving Operations team, driving fiscal business planning and go-to-market implementation for Sales and Sales Strategy teams. The Senior Analyst will own projects to elevate internal business processes and provide critical tactical support during the annual planning cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and carving of territories, acting as the SME during the annual planning cycle
• Build and manage Operational Dashboards for KPI validation, ensuring clean and accurate data
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for internal Salesforce tools and products
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Constantly audit Territory Operations scope to identify ways to increase efficiency and elevate data integrity within Salesforce Sales Cloud

Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Operations or Data Analysis
• Proficiency in Salesforce Territory Planning tools (ETM/SPM)
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis
• History of producing high-level KPI reports and operational insights
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Operations or Data Analysis.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Background in high-tech or financial sectors
• Salesforce Administrator certification
