Lead and manage a clinical team to ensure the highest standards of patient care in kidney disease. Collaborate with market leaders to establish priorities and drive an interdisciplinary approach for patient care, focusing on quality and outstanding patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clinical personnel follow all policies and procedures
- Collaborate with various departments to support training, skill development, and process improvement
- Ensure employee competency through development, retention, and performance management of the clinical team
- Lead the interviewing, hiring, and evaluation process for clinical personnel
- Manage the clinical team with direct oversight of RN Care Managers and general oversight of the greater market team
- Accountable for managing and supporting clinical team daily productivity and removing barriers
- Foster a positive culture and collaboration to drive excellent patient experience through an interdisciplinary team approach
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioner and Care Coordinator people leaders to set market priorities
- Partner with Regional Medical Director to execute initiatives impacting total cost of care and clinical interventions
- Monitor clinical quality metrics and patient care delivery daily, analyzing reports to identify issues and create action plans
- Implement strategies related to total cost of care, medical economic, and quality initiatives
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Business, or related field
- Active licensure as a RN, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or other clinically related licensure
- 7+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification
- Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs

Nice to Have
- 1+ years experience managing direct reports
- Experience managing remote teams effectively
- Understanding of and experience in Value Based Care
- Experience in chronic kidney and/or end stage renal disease
- Experience hiring and interviewing
