This role involves leveraging strong interpersonal skills and business knowledge to meet customer financial needs, focusing on building relationships and identifying opportunities to originate new loans. The Sr. Loan Sales Representative drives an exceptional customer experience by recommending suitable products and services.
Responsibilities
- Recommend product and services to support individual, branch sales goals, and customer expectations
- Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers
- Conduct assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment
- Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers
- Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools
- Ensure customer information is correct and documents interactions
- Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals
- Conduct dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Build internal and external relationships
- Ensure customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained
- Adhere to all 1FFC policies and procedures
- Comply with all State and Federal regulations
- Participate in personal development
- Exhibit knowledge of all 1FFC products
- Seek additional opportunities and responsibilities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years previous Customer Service experience
- Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
- Ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
- Advanced interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
- Action and result focused
- Strong communication skills (verbal / written)
- Proficient with MS Office Suite products
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years previous Customer Service experience
Nice to Have
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile
