Loan Sales Representative

About This Role

As a Loan Sales Representative, you will utilize your interpersonal skills and business knowledge to meet customer needs, market products, and manage accounts. This role focuses on building customer relationships and achieving sales goals within the branch office.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to support individual, branch sales goals, and customer expectations
• Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers
• Conduct assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools
• Ensure customer information is correct and documents interactions
• Meet or exceed branch and individual goals consistently
• Conduct dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Build internal and external relationships
• Ensure customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
• Ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
• Action and result focused
• Strong communication skills (verbal / written)
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile
