Loan Sales Representative

About This Role

This role involves working closely with the Branch Manager to build customer relationships, identify needs, and recommend financial products and services. The Loan Sales Representative will conduct sales activities, manage collections, and originate new loans while ensuring customer confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to support individual, branch sales goals, and customer expectations
• Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers
• Conduct assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers
• Conduct dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Build internal and external relationships
• Participate in personal development
• Ensure customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained
• Adhere to all 1FFC policies and procedures and comply with all State and Federal regulations
• Ensure customer information is correct and document interactions

Requirements

• Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
• Action and result focused
• Strong communication skills (verbal / written)
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile
