The Senior FP&A Analyst will deliver critical financial insights and analysis to support business decisions across all levels of the organization. This role involves interpreting financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to drive performance improvements. The analyst will lead corporate planning and forecasting processes, monitor financial results, and explain variances from budgets, forecasts, and prior periods to management.
Responsibilities
- Interpret, analyze, and present financial results, budgeting, and planning to management
- Lead and contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including development and presentation of results
- Build strong business relationships and manage multiple priorities across functions
- Prepare materials and presentations for board meetings, senior leadership meetings, and ad hoc requests
- Perform scenario modeling to support portfolio growth and strategic initiatives
- Analyze trends to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the month-end close process
- Develop and maintain processes for ongoing review of financial and operational performance
- Collaborate effectively across teams and with senior management
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights linked to the company’s strategic objectives
- Communicate performance trends and provide recommendations based on historical and forecasted results
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience in home service businesses, private equity portfolio companies, or field route operations
- Familiarity with PestPac
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Familiarity with BigQuery
