About This Role

System One is seeking a Remote Palo Alto Networks Strata SME to lead the migration from Juniper to Palo Alto Networks infrastructure across 130 locations. The role focuses on firewall deployment, growing feature sets, and ensuring strict security policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead within the environment, collaborating closely with the client's internal team
• Oversee the migration of 130 locations from Juniper to Palo Alto Networks infrastructure
• Deploy firewalls (PA 5450 & PA 3440) and set up lab environments
• Implement and manage growing feature sets including Threat Prevention, WF, URL Filtering, and DNS Security
• Potentially replace SD-WAN to Palo Alto Networks, all while adhering to very strict security policies

Requirements

• SME level of experience with Palo Alto Networks Strata
• Experience with migrating from Juniper to Palo Alto Networks
• Familiarity with PA 5450 & PA 3440 firewalls
• Knowledge of Threat Prevention, WF, URL Filtering, DNS Security

Qualifications

• SME level of experience with Strata

Nice to Have

• Experience with SD-WAN migration
