Senior Email Marketing Manager (Contingent)

About This Role

This role is for an Email and Push Marketing Manager responsible for creating and executing email and push campaigns across North America Stores (NAS) to enhance customer experience, drive sales, and foster innovation.

Responsibilities

• Research audience and identify key audiences
• Design annual email and push marketing strategy and campaigns based on audience analysis
• Establish goals and KPIs
• Partner with stakeholder teams and creative in determining and organizing email and push campaign content
• Use email segmentation to send curated content to specific audiences
• Track conversion rates and related revenue from campaigns
• Conduct analysis on campaign performance and make necessary adjustments
• Use performance insights to create and set up new automated push and email programs
• Partner with Tech and UX Design teams to develop testing roadmaps
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email and push
