Senior Director, Hydration & Advanced Hydration, Global Development & Innovation

About This Role

Lead the global development and innovation for Hydration and Advanced Hydration categories at The Coca-Cola Company, driving top and bottom-line growth through robust innovation pipelines and strategic partnerships. This role focuses on delivering significant incremental impact from innovation and ensuring portfolio competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead top and bottom-line growth agenda for Hydration and Advanced Hydration global categories
• Build and drive a robust 3-5 year innovation pipeline for global and regional reach
• Accountable for category product, package, and equipment competitive benchmarking in top markets
• Orchestrate multiple TI&SC function subject matter experts to identify fit-for-purpose concepts
• Develop innovation strategies (product, package, and equipment) to deliver 3-5 year pipeline for growth plans
• Collaborate closely with Research to Experimentation (RtE) team to design and develop scalable solutions
• Identify and enable the execution of the next RtE pipeline for step change growth
• Collaborate deeply with global and regional SRA teams for novel ingredient approval and bolder claims
• Deliver impactful programs against Category Strategy in long range plans
• Lead and direct a multi-functional technical team (6-8 people) focused on the Global pipeline

Requirements

• BS/MS in Food Science/Engineering
• 15+ years experience
