Senior Configuration Analyst - Clairvia

About This Role

This role involves operating independently to deliver quality configuration work for project teams or customers, aligning with Oracle methodologies and best practices. The Senior Configuration Analyst will focus on functional and technical solutions for moderately complex customer engagements related to the Oracle Health Clairvia product.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness
• Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders
• Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration
• Complete complex system configurations independently
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools
• Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues
• Adopt new process improvements and proactively identify and establish new process improvements
• Drive tools development and troubleshooting
• Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed

Requirements

• 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles
• Knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Clairvia product(s)
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Clairvia product(s)
