This role involves participating in and providing technical oversight to professional and technical engineering staff. Key responsibilities include advanced level engineering work such as planning, scheduling, designing, organizing, evaluating, and reviewing public works projects, while ensuring enforce Federal, State, and local regulations and codes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional civil engineering experience including traffic, structure, hydraulic, and/or utility system design and/or construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Civil Engineer license issued by the California State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers
- Valid Class C California driver’s license
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering is required.
- Five (5) years of increasingly responsible professional civil engineering experience that includes, traffic, structure, hydraulic, and/or utility system design and/or construction responsibilities.
