This role involves designing and building high-performance C++ systems for financial data handling, specifically using FIX and FIXML protocols in low-latency trading environments. Responsibilities
- Use C++ to create systems that handle financial data using the FIX protocol
- Design and build high-performance FIX protocol implementations (FIX, FIXML) tailored for low-latency trading environments
- Integrate near/real-time messaging and queuing technologies to manage high-velocity data flows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- 6+ years of experience in C++ development, specifically within large-scale or enterprise environments
- Knowledge of FIX and FIXML implementations and parsing strategies
- Hands-on experience with real-time messaging or queuing technologies (e.g., Aeron, ZeroMQ, Solace, or similar)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- 6+ years of experience in C++ development, specifically within large-scale or enterprise environments
