As a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Specialist, you will consult with clients on AWS environment system design, install and configure Cloud Platform Services, and maintain DevOps environments. This role involves assisting with system migrations and upgrades while mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Help consult with clients on the system design of AWS environments
- Install, configure, automate, and monitor various Cloud Platform Services
- Maintain multiple (DevOps) environments based on client requirements
- Assist in system migrations and system upgrades to create and deploy new cloud environments
- Mentor and support junior team members
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS DevOps, Terraform and automation scripting with Python, Bash, Ansible etc.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geohubs (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, or Philadelphia)
- Ability to travel 10% on average
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS DevOps, Terraform and automation scripting
Nice to Have
- Cloud native language experience (Lambda, Node.js, Python, Go)
- Advanced understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure services such as VPC, EC2, S3, EBS, EFS, ELB, IAM
- System Administration Experience with Ubuntu, RedHat Linux or Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019/2022
- Experience with server hardening for security compliance
- Experience with cloud operations (backup, patching, vulnerability management)
- Experience working with cloud automation and deployment tools (CloudFormation, Ansible, Terraform, Chef)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS EKS, AWS ECS, Fargate)
