About This Role

The Senior Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This role focuses on developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Develop staff to maximize sales and profitability
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
• Work up to 38 hours per week

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Minimum age of 18

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
