This role supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability. The Assistant Store Manager will establish and maintain Guest Services while managing staff, expenses, and merchandising in adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overall store operation tasks
• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Develop staff to maximize sales and profitability
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail or management experience
• Minimum age of 18

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
