Manage all operations of a Spencer's retail store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Oversee guest services, human resources, merchandising, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Control expenses
• Manage shrink
• Manage human resources
• Manage merchandising
• Manage inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Prior retail management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders in excess of 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
