About This Role

This Assistant Store Manager role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, focusing on guest services, sales, profitability, and staff development. Manage merchandising, inventory, and expense control while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
