This Assistant Store Manager role supports the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, focusing on maximizing sales, managing expenses, and ensuring excellent guest services. The position plays a key role in developing staff and controlling inventory to achieve profitability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services standards
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Management experience
• Minimum age of 18

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
