This role supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control. The Assistant Store Manager focuses on establishing and maintaining excellent Guest Services.

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Minimum age of 18

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required
