This role supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability while developing staff and controlling expenses, shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain guest services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
