Senior Assistant Store Manager

About This Role

This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operation tasks
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff to enhance performance
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail or management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Minimum age of 18

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
