This Assistant Store Manager position is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations to achieve maximum sales and profitability, focusing on developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Minimum age of 18

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
