About This Role

This role supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, and merchandising. It focuses on maintaining excellent guest services and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Minimum age of 18

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
