This role supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, focusing on guest services, maximizing sales, and ensuring profitability. The Senior Assistant Store Manager is responsible for developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for over 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Minimum age of 18 years

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
