About This Role

The Senior Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, focusing on guest services, sales, profitability, staff development, expense control, and merchandising to ensure adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Prior retail and or management experience
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required
