About This Role

This Assistant Store Manager role is responsible for ensuring maximum sales and profitability by supporting the Store Manager in various operational tasks, including staff development, expense control, merchandising, and inventory. The position focuses on maintaining excellent Guest Services and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store
• Develop and train staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required
