About This Role

This role supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability and ensuring excellent guest services. It involves developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing merchandising and inventory according to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operation tasks
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff and control expenses
• Manage shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising
• Control inventory in adherence with Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for over 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required
