This role supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability. Key responsibilities include developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Minimum age of 18

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
