The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability. This role involves developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail or management experience
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
