About This Role

The Senior Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent guest services, and driving sales. This role involves managing staff, controlling expenses, and overseeing merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff members
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Prior management experience
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
